Join us and become part of our great Wellness family! **MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (GENERAL MAINTENANCE)** **SPORTS WORLD RIOJA** **Education:** Minimum technical high school diploma in Electricity, Mechanics, Industrial, or related field, or incomplete Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related). **Experience:** Minimum 2 years **(verifiable with employment records)** in supervisory or coordination roles within maintenance departments, preferably in hotels and/or gyms **Responsibilities:** Ensure the proper operation of club equipment (control panels, boilers, hydro-pneumatic systems, sauna, emergency power plant, air conditioning, substation, carpentry, and drywall) through preventive and corrective maintenance. Guarantee adherence to operational and maintenance standards for equipment and facilities according to institutional and supplier manuals. Procure spare parts, materials, and supplies.
