




Position Summary: We are seeking a hospitality professional to provide direct guest service from reservation through check-out, coordinating departments and meeting guest expectations. Direct guest service from the moment of reservation—whether made directly or indirectly—through arrival at the hotel, stay, and departure. Meeting guest expectations within the company’s capabilities, coordinating with other departments as needed to achieve objectives. Acting as the guest’s communication channel with the company. **Education:** \- Hospitality and Tourism professional or technician; incomplete or ongoing university degree.
