We look forward to your application! **Main objective of the position:** Design, implement and consolidate the company's organizational structure from scratch, aligned with strategic objectives, driving process standardization, definition of profiles and competencies, talent development and continuous improvement, to support the organization's sustainable growth. **Main functions and responsibilities:** * Organizational structure design Create functional and hierarchical organizational charts for all departments. Define hierarchical levels, reporting relationships and job dimensions. Establish area sizing criteria based on projected growth. Validate structure with General Management and key leaders. * Job description and evaluation Gather information from department heads or responsible parties regarding current roles and functions. Develop and validate job descriptions using a standardized format. Define educational requirements, experience, competencies and working conditions. Propose job evaluation methodologies for future salary scale implementation. * Competency model implementation Design or adapt a competency model aligned with company culture and objectives. Define observable behaviors by level and position (Martha Alles model or similar). Present the model to middle and senior management. Train HR and leaders on its application in recruitment, development and evaluation. * Establishment of standardized talent management processes Document policies and procedures for recruitment, training, evaluation and development. Create standardized formats and templates (interviews, career plans, skill matrices). Collaborate with operational departments in aligning organizational processes. Promote the development of an organizational culture based on performance and growth. * Change management and continuous improvement Coordinate organizational diagnostics to identify improvement opportunities. Lead organizational change initiatives (climate, communication, culture). Establish organizational maturity indicators and report progress to senior management. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering or related field (graduated). Desirable: Master's degree or specialization in Organizational Development or Talent Management. * Experience: Minimum 4 years in Human Resources areas, including at least 2 years in Organizational Development. Desirable experience in manufacturing companies or those undergoing rapid growth. Proven experience creating organizational structures and processes from scratch. * Technical knowledge required: Organizational design and functional job analysis. Competency models (Martha Alles, Lominger or others). Job evaluation methodologies (Hay, Mercer, etc.). Development of manuals, organizational charts, talent matrices. Organizational climate, culture, change management. Standardized HR processes (recruitment, evaluation, development, training). General knowledge of labor and safety regulations applicable in industrial environments. * Required software skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) advanced level. Organizational design and process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Bizagi). Talent management systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, etc.) desirable.
