**Job Summary** We are seeking a professional **Freight Transport Operator** to join our logistics team, with specific experience in operating and maintaining freight units of the **Volkswagen brand (models such as Delivery or Constellation)**. The candidate will be responsible for operating vehicles ranging from **1.5 to 18 tons**, ensuring technical handling that optimizes fuel efficiency and engine care. **Mandatory Requirements** * **Documentation:** Valid **Federal Driver’s License** (Class B). * **Specific Experience:** Minimum 3 years operating Volkswagen freight trucks (**MAN / Cummins engines**) up to 18 tons. * **Knowledge of Modern Diesel Systems:** \* Essential hands-on experience with after-treatment systems (use and refilling of **AdBlue/DEF**). * Understanding of dashboard alerts related to DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) regeneration. * **Driving Record:** No serious traffic violations and a preventive approach to ensure road safety. * **Preventive Mechanics:** Basic diagnosis of malfunctions in VW vehicles and daily safety inspections. **Competencies and Attitudes** * **Sense of Urgency:** Full commitment to delivery timelines for our projects. * **Time Management:** Ability to efficiently plan national and local routes. * **Interpersonal Skills:** Professionalism when interacting with customers and plant colleagues. * **Asset Care:** Strong sense of responsibility for both aesthetic and mechanical maintenance of the assigned vehicle. **Key Responsibilities** * Safe operation of VW trucks across various weight classes (1.5 to 12 tons). * Securing furniture cargo to prevent damage during transit. * Strict control of trip logs and fluid levels (oil, antifreeze, AdBlue). * Rigorous compliance with traffic regulations and industrial safety standards. **We Offer** * Competitive salary. * Overtime and special shift pay. * Statutory benefits. * Work tools and uniforms.
