Description **A major company is seeking: Access Control Manager** **Objective** Coordinate the access control process for internal and external personnel at designated work sites, as well as investigate incidents with potential impact to ensure compliance with internal policies. **Requirements:** 2–4 years of prior experience in a similar position Bachelor’s degree in Security Sciences, Criminology, Criminalistics, or related field **Knowledge:** Interaction with police authorities Drafting and interpreting incident reports Criminal law and regulatory frameworks Federal Labor Law Federal Security Law Risk and vulnerability analysis Entry/exit inspection protocols at access points **Responsibilities:** 1\.\-Ensure access control to company facilities through risk analysis and incident statistics to enforce the internal work regulations. 2\.\-Activate response protocols in case of any access-control-related incident, investigating the event using documentary evidence to address and prevent irregularities in accordance with the internal work regulations. 3\.\-Coordinate secure visitor access to company facilities by tracking user requests and fulfilling requirements according to established access control procedures, thereby supporting commercial relations, talent acquisition, and meetings between users and visitors. 4\.\-Coordinate adherence to the work program across work centers via daily reports to ensure compliance. 5\.\-Prepare monthly reports based on work records to support decision-making and track the status of incidents occurring within applicable processes. **Working hours**: 08:00–17:00 hrs., Monday to Friday.
