Excellent work environment and growth opportunities Hostess/Receptionist Job Objective To deliver warm and professional service from the first point of contact—welcoming customers, addressing their needs, and supporting a top-tier service experience. Responsibilities • Greet customers and visitors with warmth and professionalism. • Direct customers to the appropriate department (sales, service, etc.). • Register visits and assist in managing customer flow. • Answer and route incoming phone calls. • Provide basic information on promotions, operating hours, and services. • Maintain a spotless and presentable reception area. • Assist with simple administrative tasks and daily reporting. Candidate Profile • Completed high school education. • Minimum 1 year of experience in reception, hostess, or customer service roles (automotive industry experience preferred). • Excellent personal presentation and professional appearance. • Friendly, empathetic, and proactive attitude. • Basic computer and switchboard operation skills. • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for interacting with people.
