Job Summary: Operate and control boilers and steam systems to ensure continuous, safe, and efficient supply in the corrugating process, guaranteeing thermal stability and efficiency. Guarantee of thermal stability and energy efficiency Requirements: Education · Technical high school diploma. · 2–4 years operating industrial boilers. · Experience with steam systems in manufacturing industries. · Preferred experience in paper mills or corrugating plants. Technical Knowledge · Operation of fire-tube or water-tube boilers. · Steam generation and distribution systems. · Pressure and temperature control. · Chemical water treatment. · Regulations for pressure vessels. · Industrial safety and LOTO protocols. PRIMARY OBJECTIVE Operate and control boilers and steam generation systems to ensure continuous, safe, and efficient steam supply for the corrugating process (Single Facer, Double Backer, Preheaters), guaranteeing thermal stability, regulatory compliance, and energy efficiency at the plant. MAIN FUNCTIONS AND TASKS Boiler Operation · Start up, operate, and shut down boilers according to established procedures. · Monitor pressure, temperature, and water levels. · Adjust valves, burners, and control systems. · Ensure constant steam supply to the corrugator. · Record operational parameters in the logbook. Basic Preventive Maintenance · Inspect valves, steam traps, and piping. · Detect leaks or anomalies in the system. · Support the maintenance team during scheduled shutdowns. · Maintain order and cleanliness in the boiler room. Schedule: Monday to Sunday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM / 2:00 PM – 9:30 PM / 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM; weekly rest days, rotating shifts.
