Job Summary:
Operate, develop, implement, and optimize automated systems and processes in industrial environments to ensure operational continuity, efficiency, safety, and production consistency.

**Job Objective:**
To operate, develop, implement, and optimize automated systems and processes in industrial environments, thereby ensuring operational continuity, improving efficiency, reducing costs, enhancing safety, and guaranteeing production consistency.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
* Operate and maintain automated systems for industrial processes using technologies such as PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and HMIs.
* Optimize industrial processes through data analysis and implementation of improvements to control systems.
* Develop flowcharts, electrical schematics, and technical documentation for automated systems.
* Collaborate across departments—including Production, Maintenance, Quality, and IT—to ensure proper operation and maintenance of automated systems.
* Identify and resolve automation system issues, performing adjustments and corrections as needed.
* Supervise installation of new equipment and commissioning of automated systems.
* Train operations and maintenance personnel on the use and supervision of automation systems.
* Ensure all automated systems comply with applicable industrial safety regulations and standards.
* Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in industrial automation to support continuous improvement.
* Analyze and resolve hardware-software interaction issues in plant-level automated systems.
* Operate and optimize electro-mechanical products, ensuring their efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
* Supervise installation, maintenance, and operation of mechatronic systems in industrial environments.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to continuously improve production processes and integrate new technologies.
* Create and maintain technical documentation for systems and products installed at the plant.
* Propose technological improvements and innovative solutions to complex problems by integrating advanced technologies.
**Requirements:**
* **Education:** Technical degree in Automation, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
* **Experience:** 2 years in related positions.
* **Knowledge:**
* Advanced knowledge of PLC, HMI, and other automation programming.
* Experience with industrial communication protocols (MODBUS, PROFIBUS, OPC, etc.).
* Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and control schematics.
* Knowledge of industrial safety regulations.
* Knowledge of industrial robotics.
* Prior experience in automated industrial environments (preferred).
* Knowledge of mechanics, electronics, control systems, and programming.
* Specific knowledge and application of methodologies and tools.
* Ability to program PLCs, microcontrollers, and other embedded systems.
* Knowledge of automatic control systems, sensors, and actuators.
* Experience in industrial automation or robotics (preferred).
