Leadership in adverse situations **Private Security Company Seeks:** ***Monitoring Operator*** **Job Objective:** As an operator of an alarm, video, security personnel, and/or emergency services control and monitoring center, the incumbent is responsible for monitoring and protecting as many people and sites as are connected to the monitoring center; their ongoing mission is timely response and handling of emergency situations. Therefore, they must remain alert, respond to alarms, and lead in adverse situations to implement and comply with established procedures—whether dispatching supervision teams, contacting authorities, or making notifications to the appropriate level. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Law, or related field, completed. * Languages: Basic English. * 1–2 years of experience in alarm and monitoring centers. * Intermediate computer equipment proficiency. * Advanced Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). **Primary Responsibilities:** * Handling emergency calls and situations. * Monitoring video surveillance systems. * Monitoring intrusion alarm systems. * Providing advisory support to system users. * Dispatching emergency response and/or supervision teams. **Other Skills:** * Strong conflict management skills. * Organized. * Negotiation skills. * Frustration tolerance. * Results-oriented. * Leadership skills. * Teamwork ability. * Sense of urgency. * Ability to work under pressure. **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. **Employment Offer:** * Monthly **net** salary: $15,000 MXN. * Biweekly payment. * Statutory benefits.
