DESCRIPTION **BID AND BUDGET ENGINEER** -------------------------------------------- **Location:** Apodaca, NL **Salary:** $20,000 to $25,000 per month **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. ### ***Requirements*** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (professional license is mandatory) * Experience in bidding processes and preparation of technical-economic proposals * Knowledge of construction standards and the Public Works Law * Proficiency in OPUS and/or NEODATA * Excellent writing skills, document review capability, and file management ### ***Responsibilities*** * Carry out supplier registration procedures in vendor databases according to each company’s guidelines * Manage registration and participation processes for tenders * Draft and prepare technical and economic proposals, ensuring compliance with all requirements * Supervise proper physical and digital compilation of proposal files for submission * Compile, safeguard, and track bid documentation files * Conduct budget analysis and preparation * Prepare unit price analyses based on actual market prices * Quote materials and supplies for unit price catalogs * Maintain up-to-date supplier pricing information in the system * Participate in technical site visits, clarification meetings, proposal presentations, and award procedures * Monitor the entire process from proposal submission through contract award * Support contract formalization and legalization ### ***We Offer*** * Monthly gross salary of $20,000 to $25,000 (commensurate with experience) * Statutory benefits * Weekly payroll * Uniforms
