Proficiency in thermal profiles of glass bending and laminating furnaces A leading industrial safety company is currently seeking ***"Automotive Engineer"*** * Responsibilities: * Residual stress analysis (polariscope) * Glass fractography (identification of fracture origin) * Thermal profiles of bending furnaces * Temperature and pressure ramps in autoclaves * Chemical and mechanical compatibility among glass, interlayers, and polymers * Coefficients of thermal expansion and their impact on bending and lamination * Edge treatment and edge quality * Specific expertise: Thermal bending of float glass in furnaces (architectural or automotive) * Glass lamination in autoclaves * Working with interlayers (PVB, EVA, or others) * Integration of layers with PU and polycarbonate (PC) * Curved and multilayer glass * Diagnosis of spontaneous and delayed breakage We offer: * Statutory benefits, * Grocery vouchers, * Savings fund * After 6 months, benefits are increased Employment type: Full-time Salary: $22,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings account * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site employment
