




We are looking for a Shift Leader with an excellent service attitude, leadership, and commitment. You will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation of the restaurant during your shift, supervising the team, guaranteeing compliance with processes, and providing an exceptional experience to our guests. During the Manager's absence, you will be the person in charge of operations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily restaurant operations. * Monitor quality, hygiene, food safety, and customer service procedures. * Train and support Sandwich Artists. * Inventory control (FIFO), temperature monitoring, and expiration date management. * Cash handling, cash register closing, and reconciliations. * Assist with food preparation, customer service, and general cleaning. * Ensure product preparation for the next shift. **Job Requirements:** * Education: Partial or completed Bachelor's degree. * Experience in QSR-type restaurants (fast food) and staff management. * Ability to work under pressure and solve problems. * Organization, leadership, effective communication, and service orientation. * Basic knowledge of Excel, tablets, computer equipment, and point-of-sale systems. * Ability to stand, bend, and lift **occasionally.** * Basic English (desirable, not essential). * **Full schedule flexibility.** **Benefits and Perks:** * **Salary:** $12,600 net monthly * **Schedule:** Monday to Sunday, 1:30 PM to 9:30 PM (day off between Monday and Friday). * Vacation bonus 25%. * 15-day Christmas bonus. * IMSS, INFONAVIT, and RCV. * Uniforms. * Daily meals. * Ongoing training. * Profit sharing (if applicable). * Excellent work environment.
