We are currently looking for: * Junior Sales Advisor Benefits we offer you: * Competitive base salary * Statutory and additional benefits from day one (Social Security, Infonavit, Vacations and more) * Savings fund * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers * 30 days year-end bonus Additionally, you will enjoy: * Biweekly and timely payment * Direct hiring * Positive work environment * Growth opportunities Main responsibilities: * Promote sales to your customers by communicating our offers, contests, and/or corporate sales plans. * Prepare on time the corresponding bonuses for clients in your portfolio for submission to the sales department. * Identify and report threats along your route, high-risk customers, political factors that could directly affect operations, security conditions, etc., as well as design strategies with the sales supervisor to address these issues. * Daily collect overdue invoices or advance payments from served customers, reporting them to the credit and collections department. * Report invoices containing information errors for follow-up. * Deposit cash or checks at authorized banks. * Deliver to the collections department documents such as tokens, checks, or unpaid invoices, collection summaries, etc. * Accompany the primary advisor on their routes to learn about demand and assigned customers. * Cover primary advisors' routes during vacations or medical leaves. * Review routes assigned by the sales supervisor on specific topics.
