We are looking for your talent as **PRODUCT LINE DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR** with ***2 to 4 years*** of experience in product formulation projects and changes in manufacturing processes according to applicable regulations and QMS, continuous improvement, and product quality assurance. **WE OFFER:** * Biweekly pay. * 5% savings fund. * Monthly grocery vouchers worth 10%. * 50% vacation bonus. * 30-day Christmas bonus. * Subsidized cafeteria service. * Company transportation routes *(check availability).* * Employee sales discount. **JOB REQUIREMENTS:** * Age: 25 years and older. * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Biology, or related field ***(proof of graduation or degree required)*****.** * Intermediate English (translation of information). * Recent, verifiable experience in development, formulation, document analysis, transfers, process and method validations, inspection plans. * Knowledge of current regulations such as NOM\-059, FEUM, USP. * Applied statistics and risk management skills. * Flexible schedule availability *(mandatory).* * Prior knowledge in the area is desirable. * Analytical, proactive, detail-oriented, passionate about research. **GENERAL TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE (MANDATORY)** * Formulation of oral solids, oral liquids, semisolids, sterile products, etc. * Applied statistics and Risk Management. * Interpretation of national and international regulations, pharmaceutical industry and pharmacopoeias. * GMP, GLP, and GDP. * Laboratory instruments (HPLC, IR Spectroscopy, UV\-Vis, GC, etc.) * In vitro/in vivo correlation, bioequivalence testing. * Process transfer and validation. * Development, validation, and transfer of analytical methods. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Ensure stable, functional, and interchangeable formulas for line products. * Prepare and compile technical documentation for dossiers required for MCR applications and sanitary registration renewals. * Perform and verify cycle testing and inspection plans. * Validate analytical methods for products. * Transfer weighing, dispensing, manufacturing, and packaging processes. * Develop inspection plans and inclusion of new commercial lines. * Submit formulation change requests. * Review and propose improvements in warehouse, manufacturing, and product packaging procedures. **WORKING HOURS.** * Rotating shifts. * Mixed shift: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00 hrs. * Morning shift: Monday to Saturday from 06:30 to 14:30 hrs. * Afternoon shift: Monday to Saturday from 14:30 to 22:00 hrs.
