This role is critical to ensuring efficient trip planning, optimizing resources, and maintaining an operational flow aligned with the logistics department’s objectives. **Main Responsibilities** * **Optimize the use of operational resources** to ensure efficiency on every trip. * **Coordinate with logistics managers and supervisors** on the planning and execution of loading and unloading schedules. * **Identify and track risks and opportunities** arising from route planning, proposing improvement actions. * **Manage equipment and vehicle rotation**, preventing accumulation or imbalance in strategic areas. * Analyze operational data to support data-driven decision-making. * Monitor KPIs related to on-time performance, productivity, and fleet utilization. * Collaborate with operations teams to resolve route deviations or incidents. **Requirements** * **Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Logistics or related field**. * Experience in operational planning, logistics, or transportation. * Proficiency in analytical tools and TMS systems (preferred). * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. * Strong communication and coordination skills within multidisciplinary teams. **Key Competencies** * Analytical thinking * Organization and attention to detail * Decision-making * Time management * Results orientation * Adaptability **We Offer** * **Benefits exceeding statutory requirements** * Competitive salary * Opportunity for professional growth * Continuous training * Excellent working environment Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $20,000.00 – $30,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Company parking * Life insurance * Company phone * Complimentary uniforms * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
