**Job Objective:** Provide safe, efficient, and humane medication dispensing services, ensuring accurate prescription fulfillment, compliance with health regulations, and an excellent patient/client experience. **Functions and Responsibilities:** \-Dispense medications in accordance with medical prescriptions and current regulations. \-Verify dosage, formulation, and expiration dates of products. \-Advise patients on the proper use of medications without encroaching upon medical responsibilities. \-Manage inventory, including incoming and outgoing medications. \-Maintain a clean, organized pharmacy area with appropriate stock rotation (FIFO). \-Identify controlled substances and comply with their handling and storage requirements. \-Report shortages, expired items, and damaged products. \-Assist with receiving and organizing merchandise. \-Provide courteous, respectful, and confidential treatment to patients. **Requirements** \-Minimum education: High school diploma (technical degree in pharmacy or related field preferred). \-Minimum experience: 6 months – 1 year in a pharmacy setting (preferred). \-Basic knowledge of commonly used medications. \-Basic computer and point-of-sale system proficiency. \-Familiarity with health regulations (COFEPRIS**) preferred.** **Skills and Competencies** \-Customer service and empathetic communication \-Organization and accountability \-Honesty and professional ethics \-Ability to work under pressure \-Teamwork Attention to detail **Work Schedule** \-Afternoon shift: 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM **We Offer** \-Starting salary of 4000 Mexican pesos, with commitment to performance-based increases \-Commissions for punctuality, sales of selected products, and excellence.
