Implements technical and operational improvements OPEN POSITION: OPERATIONS MANAGER **Location:** San Isidro Mazatepec\-Tala Highway, Jalisco **Salary:** $20,000 to $28,000 monthly (based on experience) **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Saturday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM **Job Description** We are seeking an **Operations Manager (Technical\-Operational)** with strong shop-floor presence, responsible for ensuring continuity and efficiency of production processes, leading the operational team, and resolving technical issues in real time. You will serve as the key liaison between daily operations and management, guaranteeing productivity, quality, and safety on-site. **Responsibilities** * Supervise production line startups and shutdowns. * Diagnose and resolve machinery and equipment failures. * Monitor production and maintenance plans. * Lead operational personnel (operators, supervisors, technicians). * Verify operational and quality parameters on-site. * Identify technical risks and report them promptly. * Implement technical and operational improvements. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance. * Generate performance, failure, and productivity reports. * Ensure order, discipline, and compliance with 5S principles. **Requirements** * Education: Engineering degree or related technical field. * Minimum **5 years of manufacturing experience (plastic industry preferred)**. * Solid knowledge of: * Industrial production processes * Failure diagnosis * Industrial electricity and mechanics * Auxiliary systems (pumps, cooling, etc.) * Experience leading operational teams. * Flexibility for shift work and on-site presence. **Key Competencies** * Technical leadership * Decision-making * Analytical thinking * Results-oriented mindset * Problem-solving * Effective communication **We Offer** * Competitive salary: **$20,000 to $28,000 monthly** * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Professional development * Direct hiring **Interested candidates should submit an updated CV.** Job Type: Full-time Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $28,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
