Ensure timely and quality fulfillment of the production plan to enable on-time and accurate product delivery to the customer. Supervise the production and conditioning processes in accordance with the Quality System and compliance with regulatory requirements before national and international authorities. Manage non-conforming products to ensure the quality of products delivered to customers. Administer attendance and incidents of personnel under supervision to ensure they receive proper compensation for time worked. Manage and monitor the manufacturing process. Experience Manufacturing processes. Knowledge NOM 059 Good Manufacturing Practices. Good Documentation Practices. Education Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Chemist or \*Related fields **Complementary Profile** Personnel management.
