Ensures quality compliance A metal-mechanical company, a leader in customized machining of high-precision parts and production programs, is seeking: **CNC OPERATOR** **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Responsible for operating CNC equipment to manufacture high-precision parts, ensuring timely delivery, required quantity, and required quality, in compliance with the quality management system based on drawings, forms, and records. **SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Basic Functions**: Machine operation instructions, machine power-on, startup, warm-up, shutdown, power-off, basic maintenance, temperature control, part loading/unloading, record completion, measurement equipment validation, and RATE compliance. * **MPI, process visual aids, and packaging**: Reading and comprehension. * **Flowchart**: Reading and comprehension. * **Programming documentation (interpretation)**: Machining sheets and tool lists. * **Quality documentation**: Dimensional records and measurement equipment lists. * **Document control**: Controlled drawing. * **Production documents (interpretation)**: Production orders, prototype run records, setup checklists, and traveler sheets. * **Blueprint interpretation**: Identify the drawing projection system, datum identification, basic dimensions, references, bilateral tolerances, and critical characteristics. **REQUIREMENTS** * Education: Minimum junior high school diploma * Experience: Minimum 1 year operating chip-removal machines and CNC machines. * Responsible and proactive * Availability for rotating shifts (day shift) **WE OFFER** * Opportunity for development and growth * Salary based on experience (Starting from 10\.3k gross) * 100% statutory benefits * Additional statutory benefits: * 5% weekly punctuality and attendance bonus * 5% productivity bonus * 9% savings fund (company matches 100%) * 10% grocery vouchers (or capped at $1,375\.00\) **Revolución \#200 A, col.
