We are seeking your expertise as a **METROLOGY ENGINEER** with experience and proficiency in metrology, calibration systems, and laboratory instruments. **WE OFFER:** * Biweekly pay. * 5% savings fund. * Monthly grocery vouchers worth 10%. * 50% vacation bonus. * 30-day Christmas bonus. * Subsidized cafeteria service. * Transportation routes. * Employee sales discount. **JOB REQUIREMENTS:** * Age: 24 years and older. * Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Biology, Chemistry, or related fields ***(proof of graduation or degree required)*****.** * Intermediate English. * Intermediate statistics and advanced Excel (macros and VBA). * Experience in metrology, calibration systems, and laboratory instruments. * Knowledge of NOM\-059\. * PLC knowledge *(desirable).* * Analytical, self-critical, and proactive. * Communication and conflict resolution skills *(desirable).* **OBJECTIVE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Maintain calibrated instruments and measurement equipment in pharmaceutical plants and warehouses based on their impact and quality risk, according to regulatory guidelines to ensure reliability of obtained values. * Calibrate critical measurement instruments and equipment. * Verify calibration results. * Determine if instruments are suitable for processes. * Prepare calibration reports to generate documented evidence. * Assist manufacturing, supply chain, critical services, and maintenance departments in resolving measurement instrument, machinery, or system failures. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Saturday (monthly rotating shifts: morning and afternoon). * Extra shifts on Sundays and night shifts (once per month). **Work location is directly at our plant in Zapopan: Av. López Mateos Sur \#1938\. Col.
