Job Summary: We are seeking a Process Engineer for a metalworking company with experience in HPDC, manufacturing, new product development, and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in aluminum HPDC die casting and manufacturing processes 2. New product launches and process improvement 3. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Kaizen Metalworking company is looking for: Process Engineer * Requirements: Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering degree Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems Willingness to rotate shifts (Shift 1 and Shift 2) every fifteen days Experience in managing KPIs and machine parameters for aluminum HPDC die casting machines; manufacturing processes, preferably aluminum die casting (HPDC), CNC machining, and finishing or assembly processes. Experience in new product launches and process improvement. Technical knowledge of blueprint interpretation and GD&T, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, aluminum materials and metallurgy (preferred), automotive or industrial manufacturing processes.
