Join us as a General Assistant and support our setup technicians and CNC operators in essential workshop tasks. Prior experience is not required; what matters most is your attitude: responsibility, eagerness to learn, and willingness to work as part of a team. Skills: * Learning attitude: openness to acquiring new technical skills. * Responsibility and punctuality: adherence to schedules and assigned tasks. * Teamwork: collaboration with carpenters and operators. * Physical stamina and tolerance for effort: the job involves movement, light lifting, and concentration. * Basic attention to detail: following instructions and verifying simple measurements. * Flexibility: adapting to different tasks according to workshop needs. * Basic use of hand tools, such as tape measures, hammers, etc. * Basic interpretation of measurements in the metric system. Job Responsibilities * Assist in material preparation and transportation. * Support cutting, veneering, and finishing tasks under supervision. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. * Assist the CNC operator in loading and unloading parts. * Collaborate with the setup technician on assembly and preparation tasks. * Follow safety and quality instructions.
