Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive impact on the world! **Position Objective:** Lead, design, and implement the continuous improvement strategy across the logistics network (warehouses, distribution, and transportation), ensuring process optimization, waste reduction, sustained improvement in operational performance, and establishment of an operational excellence culture aligned with business strategic objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** * Define and execute the continuous improvement roadmap for the logistics network, aligned with corporate strategy. * Identify, prioritize, and lead improvement projects focused on efficiency, costs, service levels, quality, safety, and inventory. * Standardize operational processes and ensure their documentation, control, and continuous improvement. * Promote the use of analytical and digital tools for data-driven decision-making. * Manage organizational change, fostering a continuous improvement culture and training operational and leadership personnel. * Measure and report financial and operational benefits of improvement projects (savings, CAPEX, service impact). * Ensure sustainability of implemented improvements through audits and follow-up. **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (proof of graduation required) Master’s degree preferred **Experience:** * Continuous improvement project management and leadership (3 years) * Logistics operations, supply chain, or manufacturing (6 years) **Knowledge/Skills:** * Lean Manufacturing / Lean Logistics * Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) * Process-based management * Data analysis and KPIs * Improvement and problem-solving tools * ERP / WMS / TMS (preferred) At Grupo PiSA, we prohibit violence and discrimination, promoting equal opportunity, inclusion, and diversity.
