Coordination and monitoring of maintenance services **Position: Facility Manager Jr in Maintenance Operations** **At RIMSAMEX, we seek young talent**, proactive and with a vision for professional growth, to join our Operations team and oversee equalas (scheduled service visits) and maintenance services at offices across several states of the Mexican Republic. **Job Objective:** To provide support in the **comprehensive operational management** of maintenance and support services for assigned accounts, ensuring quality service delivery and operational efficiency. **Main Responsibilities** * **Coordination and monitoring of equalas** (scheduled service visits) for assigned accounts, in accordance with defined scopes and frequencies. * **Operational scheduling and assignment** of services according to internal policies. * Monitoring of **crew occupancy rates**, ensuring a minimum compliance level of 92%. * Management of **rescheduling and suspensions**, as required. * Supervision of **service closure** and timely review of supporting documentation. * **Inventory updates** per client. * Coordination of **corrective services and emergency response**, meeting response time requirements (minor emergencies within 90 minutes). * Handling and resolution of **operational incidents**, within established timeframes. * Management of the **operational relationship with clients**, maintaining high standards of communication and service. * Resolution of **warranty claims** within less than 24 hours. * Monitoring of the **escalation index**, keeping it within the permitted range. **Supplier Management:** * **Recruitment, evaluation, and negotiation** with new suppliers, aligned with required profiles and geographic coverage. * Ensuring **95% local supplier coverage** for recurring services (equalas). * Training suppliers on **service protocols, documentation requirements**, and client-specific particularities. **Logistics Coordination and Operational Support:** * **Management of access permissions** to facilities requiring intervention. * Administration of **advances to suppliers or clients**, in accordance with internal guidelines. * **Planning and assignment of services** by branch or region. * Coordination and monitoring of **field technicians and external suppliers**. * **On-site supervision** of facilities under responsibility. **Requirements** * **Education:** Degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Industrial Engineering, or related field, with a *GPA above 90*. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and internet usage. * Experience not required.
