Together, we can transform the future of health and leave a positive mark on the world! **Collaborator Type** Operative **Job Objective** Execute work orders for receiving, storage, loading, and unloading of materials and supplies in the warehouse and/or distribution area through proper use and handling of forklifts, ensuring product integrity in an efficient, organized manner, and in compliance with applicable regulations. **Responsibilities and Activities** 1\. Ensure storage conditions are appropriate for each type of product, considering their characteristics (temperature, humidity, etc.). 2\. Perform loading and unloading of materials and supplies onto transport vehicles, guaranteeing that products do not suffer damage during the process and that required regulatory conditions are maintained. 3\. Ensure products are stored according to applicable standards, following storage guidelines, and verify they are properly identified according to their characteristics (part number, quantity, etc.), or in the case of suppliers, supplies must have their waybill or customs document (purchase order and quality certificate). 4\. Conduct daily inspections of the forklift to ensure it is in optimal working condition and report any malfunctions or irregularities for repair or maintenance. 5\. Comply with safety and quality regulations established in the pharmaceutical industry. 6\. Assist in inventory management and control, ensuring products are correctly labeled and stored, as well as participating in periodic inventory counts to maintain accurate stock records.
