**Date:** Sep 30, 2025 **Address:** TLAJOMULCO DE ZUÑIGA, JALISCO, MX **Company:** Grupo PiSA **Type of employee** Trust **Position objective** Supervise the processes in the warehouse areas such as receiving, picking, and validation, to ensure proper compliance with quality requirements for the receipt of health supplies, restocking, and orders. **Responsibilities and activities** Manage the receipt of goods and/or products from pharmaceutical suppliers and other health supplies, following established procedures for material receiving and good storage and distribution practices. Coordinate the arrangement of goods according to their code, batch, quantity, and expiration date (Storage). Carry out restocking and picking operations as specified in the warehouse work schedule, aiming to meet customer distribution service quality standards. Assign work orders (OT's) to staff along with allocated resources for executing the work plan, meeting company-established parameters according to assigned planning. Verify that all medicines and other health supplies picked in the work plan comply with quality criteria and good warehouse practices, to detect damaged, expired, or dirty items. Coordinate with assigned personnel for periodic cycle counts. Coordinate with responsible personnel the preparation of deliveries based on priority order of the program to be fulfilled prior to shipment (Picking and validation). Perform activities related to personnel management. Experience 1 to 2 years in similar roles. Knowledge Office suite (Excel: Pivot tables, Database, Charts) NOM 059 and 249, ISO 9001.
