The primary objective of this position is to coordinate, supervise, and optimize the transportation operations of medicines and medical devices in the western region, ensuring compliance with routes, efficient use of vehicles, proper management of per diems and expenses, as well as adherence to the Quality Management System guidelines and applicable regulations (NOM\-059\-SSA1\-2015, NOM\-241\-SSA1\-2025). Main responsibilities include: * Assign and monitor vehicles and operators for each transportation route according to daily planning. * Track the delivery and collection of temperature monitoring sensors. * Authorize, control, and validate operational expenses (per diems, hotels, fuel, gifts, tolls). * Supervise and evaluate the performance of supervised personnel using productivity, compliance, and behavior indicators. * Ensure compliance with processes and procedures established in the Quality Management System. * Implement corrective and preventive actions arising from deviations or findings.
