Key Responsibilities * Assign and optimize daily transportation routes. * Train operational staff on the use of technological tools. * Monitor real-time delivery progress and KPI compliance. * Provide support and follow-up to delivery personnel in case of unexpected events or incidents. * Handle and record complaints or unrecognized deliveries, ensuring effective resolutions. * Maintain constant communication with customers to coordinate deliveries and services. * Assist with vehicle-related procedures and maintenance, as well as vehicle inspections. Skills and Requirements * Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering. * Minimum 2 years of experience in traffic coordination or logistics. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables) and tracking software. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Availability to work rotating shifts and flexible days off.
