Conducts field measurements, generates reports, and performs quantification. **Full Job Description** Our assistant must ensure the **correct technical, administrative, and operational execution of assigned construction projects**, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, quality and safety standards, and established deadlines, through efficient supervision of personnel, resources, and contractors involved in the project. **Main Responsibilities**. * Field measurements and generation of quantity take-offs. * Preparation of administrative site reports. * Collection of environmental, quality, and permit documentation, etc. * Material quantification. * Field progress tracking of work fronts. **Job Requirements** * **Minimum Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (internship completed, professional practice concluded, or degree obtained). * **Field of Study:** Preference for civil works or earthworks experience in the field. * **Required Experience:** Minimum 6 months. **Essential Software / Tools:** * AutoCAD **Desirable Knowledge:** * BIM methodologies. * Lean Construction methodology. **Key Competencies:** * Willingness and ability to travel is mandatory. * Interest in fieldwork. * Leadership and communication skills. * Adaptability. **Working Conditions** * **Work Mode:** On-site, with willingness to relocate to project sites. * **Working Hours:** Day shift, from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday / Saturdays from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. * **Location:** Willingness to commute to site. Salary: $10,000.00 - $11,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
