Progress monitoring, quantity surveying, and technical specifications compliance We are looking for a civil engineer or architect to serve as a field-based Civil Construction Resident Engineer, with experience in construction project supervision and control. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper execution of construction work, including progress monitoring, quantity surveying, and compliance with technical specifications. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS** * Professional degree with official license certificate * Minimum 2 years of field-based Resident Engineer experience * Experience in projects: civil works, drinking water or drainage networks, parks or urban spaces * Proficiency in AutoCAD, intermediate Excel, Opus or Neodata **TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE** * Topographic surveys * Site generators * Quantity surveying * Construction control *Working Hours: 9 AM–6 PM Monday to Friday, and 9 AM–2 PM on Saturdays* Salary: $11,007.20 – $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
