




**What You’ll Do** * Manage day\-to\-day operations for energy and electromechanical system projects across metro and urban rail. * Oversee implementation, quality, and safety of substation and catenary installations. * Prepare and maintain project execution plans, schedules, and resource allocations. * Supervise contractors and guide installation teams, ensuring compliance with local standards and technical specifications. * Coordinate internal and external stakeholders — from engineering and procurement teams to EPCs, consultants, and clients. * Monitor project progress, control quality and risk, and ensure on\-time delivery and acceptance. * Lead communication, reporting, and documentation throughout project execution. * Mentor and evaluate project team members to support continuous improvement. **What You’ll Bring** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, **Electromechanical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering** (or related field). * Experience working with local EPC projects and supplier networks. * Excellent organizational, problem\-solving, and leadership skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast\-paced environment. * **Languages:** * Spanish – Fluent (required) * English – Professional proficiency (preferred) * Chinese –Fluent (required) Job Type: Full\-time Base Pay: From $16,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
