Due to growth and expansion, we are seeking passionate talent in service and technical support to join our team. **POSITION** Technical Support Engineer **POSITION OBJECTIVE** Provide preventive and corrective technical support for industrial coding equipment and assist customers and distributors on-site, ensuring proper equipment operation and customer satisfaction. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on coding equipment. Conduct diagnostics and courtesy visits to prevent failures. Participate in equipment demonstrations and installations for customers and distributors. Provide on-site, phone, and email technical support. Prepare service orders and technical reports. Support the sales department by validating technical requirements for new projects (layouts, print samples, preliminary analysis). Manage travel allowances and expense reports for out-of-town services. Conduct tests and diagnostics in the internal technical laboratory. **REQUIREMENTS** \* Education: Degree in Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering or related field (incomplete or completed). \* Experience: Minimum 2 years desirable in maintenance or technical support of industrial equipment. ***\* Valid Class A driver's license (manual transmission vehicle handling).*** \* Knowledge: electronics, mechatronics, fault diagnosis, preventive and corrective maintenance. \* Skills: effective communication, teamwork, technical report writing, service-oriented attitude. \* Availability to travel nationally and work in the field when required. **WE OFFER** Base salary: $13,000 – $14,400 MXN monthly.
