Req ID: 76751 **Description** --------------- Job Objective Responsible for developing, evaluating, and analyzing the performance of various processes to optimize Quality, Cost, Productivity & Efficiency metrics. Key Functions and Responsibilities Develop work procedures, define equipment operating parameters, and develop process specifications. Implement improvements in Quality, Productivity, Cost & Efficiency. Evaluate new consumables, tools, or machinery via TRB. Conduct root cause investigations and respond to customer complaints. Internal and External Relationships Coordinate Engineering support for release of held STRs, product specifications, low yields, software/hardware issues, tooling, and testers. Authorize disposition of non-conforming material. Minimum Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in any engineering discipline Language: English Experience in Prototype Engineering, Quality, or Maintenance departments. Minimum 5 years of experience (Senior Position) Technical Competencies Project management methodologies. Proficiency with computer equipment and systems.
