Job Summary: We are seeking an Intern/Junior Developer with knowledge in system analysis, design, and programming to support Salesforce solutions and maintain functionalities. Key Highlights: 1. Aura Components. SOQL and SOSL. Apex. Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Familiarity with Salesforce Industries is desirable. Languages and Technologies: JavaScript. Java (basic). Frameworks: Angular, jQuery. Tools: Office / Windows. Version control (Git preferred). Main Responsibilities Support analysis, design, and development of solutions on the Salesforce platform. Develop and maintain functionalities using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components. Support handling and tracking of tickets related to the Salesforce platform. Analyze requirements and propose new CRM functionalities. Collaborate in building improvements to optimize user experience. Perform basic data analysis and generate reports. Properly document assigned projects and developments. Handle and track issues and incidents. Ensure compliance with policies, processes, and procedures defined by the Information Security Management System.
