




**Company dedicated to pet cremation services**, serving veterinary clinics and individual clients, is looking to add a committed, organized, and service-oriented **Administrative Assistant** to its team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Record and manage services on digital platforms. * Handle billing and payment follow-up. * Create and update daily routes using planning tools. * Receive and manage service orders. * Provide ongoing customer support via phone and WhatsApp Business. **Requirements:** * Minimum education: High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred). * Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience. * Intermediate proficiency in Office (Word, Excel), invoicing, and online systems. * Skills: organization, effective communication, empathy, self-management, and ability to work under pressure. * Availability to adhere to the established schedule. **We Offer:** * Base salary of $2,500 weekly net. * Monthly PYA bonus of $1,000 net. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Job stability and a humane, respectful work environment. **Schedule:** * Monday to Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. * Phone support on Sundays (2 Sundays per month). **Location:** Mariano Otero neighborhood, Zapopan, Jalisco.
