Maintain all guest rooms under your responsibility in perfect operational condition, in accordance with design and conservation standards—covering installations, equipment, furniture, and finishes. Given the constantly evolving market and to support your own career growth, versatility and the ability to handle multiple tasks are imperative. To ensure hotel operations and service delivery, lateral transfers to other departments may occur with or without prior notice. **Key Activities and Responsibilities** * Contribute maximally to the overall satisfaction of the Division. * Participate in Performance Evaluations. * Complete scheduled training. * Contribute to and maintain a pleasant working environment. About You. * Skilled in finishing repairs (painting, patching, wood touch-ups) and proficient in using measurement instruments such as infrared thermometers, multimeters, and leak detectors. * Minimum 1 year of experience in this role. * Technical background in installations or maintenance—or equivalent.
