




Job Summary: This position involves resident service, reservation control, revenue management, asset management, collections, quotation preparation, and event and assembly coordination. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive condominium management and resident service 2. Administrative and financial control of the condominium 3. Event coordination and support for assemblies RESIDENT SERVICE. HOUSE CLUB RESERVATION CONTROL. VEHICULAR ENTRY CONTROL (TAGS), STAFF AND DOMESTIC WORKERS. CONDOMINIUM ASSET CONTROL. COLLECTION CONTROL FOR MAINTENANCE FEES, EVENTS, AND PENALTIES. DELIVERY OF INTERNAL REGULATIONS AND VERIFICATION OF PROPERTY REGISTRATIONS WITHIN THE CONDOMINIUM. QUOTATION PREPARATION FOR OFFICE USE. VENDOR PAYMENT CONTROL. PETTY CASH CONTROL. CONSTRUCTION AND REMODELING CONTROL (CONSTRUCTION DEPOSITS). MOVING IN/OUT CONTROL. COMMUNICATION AND NOTICES. EVENT COORDINATION. SUPPORT FOR BOTH ORDINARY AND EXTRAORDINARY ASSEMBLIES.
