* Proficiency in reviewing and monitoring subcontractor compliance documentation, such as Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and Certified Payroll Reports (CPRs).
* Accuracy in recording and verifying transactions made through various corporate card platforms (e.g., RAMP, FINALLY, BOW, PMB, HOME DEPOT).
* Knowledge in recording payments from different sources, including checks, wire transfers, and ACH payments, across multiple bank accounts.
* Ability to perform monthly vendor account reconciliations and update task progress in project management tools such as Click Up.
* Detailed guidance for auditing financial data in the Vista and Click Up systems, ensuring accounting accuracy and consistency.
* Experience in the entry of recurring invoices and management of periodic billing cycles within the accounting system.
* Ability in supplier management tasks, such as applying for lines of credit, registering new suppliers and updating their information in internal systems.
**Experience:**
* Handling interactions in English in a professional environment with suppliers and company staff.
* Invoice processing and recording to ensure timely payments.
* Account reconciliation and financial reporting support.
* Management of relationships with suppliers and assurance of compliance with financial policies and procedures.
* Use of accounting software and Office 365 tools in daily financial operations.
