Together we can transform the future of health and leave a positive impact on the world! **Type of Collaborator** Operative **Job Objective** Carry out warehouse operations activities, applying quality, storage, productivity, and safety standards to ensure timely deliveries and availability of stored materials and products. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Comply with activities related to the Quality System. * Perform warehouse activities adhering to good manufacturing practices, good storage practices, as well as compliance with corporate policies and guidelines. * Carry out daily activities according to standardized procedures applicable to the position. * Timely report adverse events and quality issues identified during daily activities. * Responsible for maintaining the integrity of information and data generated throughout the documentation chain within their responsibilities, applying good documentation practices. * Comply with the Internal Work Regulations. * Follow guidelines for wearing uniforms according to their work area. * Work according to 5S principles in the work area. 2\. Execute supply chain activities related to warehouse operations in their assigned area. * Receive materials, completing the information specified in the materials inspection form, verifying they meet established requirements (raw materials, primary packaging materials, conditioning materials, spare parts, and indirect materials). * Identify materials according to applicable procedures. * Support timely fulfillment of raw materials, materials, and printed materials in correct quantity and required quality. * Perform cleaning, sanitation, and microbiological sampling in raw material weighing areas of the warehouse (applies to raw material operator). * Receive finished products from manufacturing areas, register them via radio frequency, and transfer them to the corresponding warehouses. * Conduct daily inspections of materials, facilities, and equipment, reporting any deviations detected. * Monitor environmental conditions in warehouses.
