Position: **Customer Service and Visitor Experience Executive** **Location:** Plaza Punto Sur #312 **Position Type:** Remote / On-site once per week **Remote Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM (1-hour lunch break); Saturdays, 9 AM to 1 PM Job Description Are you passionate about delivering exceptional experiences? As a Customer Service and Systems Support Executive, you will be responsible for receiving, guiding, and assisting our clients, ensuring personalized, professional, and highly empathetic service that fosters memorable interactions every time. Responsibilities **Customer Reception and Support:** * Answer incoming calls during operational hours and serve as the first point of contact for clients. * Greet all telephone customers with a courteous, proactive, and service-oriented attitude. * Resolve inquiries and provide guidance. * Keep clients updated. * Assist and guide clients via phone regarding platform usage. **Experience and Community:** * Create a welcoming atmosphere by remembering names and preferences of frequent customers. * Identify opportunities to connect customers with one another and enhance the overall experience. Requirements * Technical or university degree **MANDATORY** in **Tourism, Hospitality, or Tourism Business Administration**. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or front desk roles. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in teams. * Professional appearance, proactive attitude, and solution-oriented mindset. * Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented. * Basic proficiency in computer tools (email, web browser, forms, CRM preferred).
