This opportunity is for you! We are looking for our next Formulator to contribute to drug development and improvement through formulation design, testing execution, and pilot batch preparation—ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities * Perform activities associated with the Quality Management System under a code of compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) * Conduct development of new projects, new concentrations, or alternatively improve formulations and/or strengthen the manufacturing process of existing products (reformulation) * Evaluate manufacturers of commercialized products in target markets What We Require From You Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Chemical Biology, Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum experience: 2 years in the pharmaceutical industry 2 years in pharmaceutical formulation Essential Knowledge: * NOM 059 / NOM 073 / NOM 177, GMPs, and ICH guidelines * Process validation, equipment qualification, and regulatory documentation * Principles of Quality by Design (QbD) * International guidelines (ICH, FDA, EMEA) * Safety handling of oncology drugs, immunosuppressants, cephalosporins, and penicillins * Design of Experiments (DOE) and statistical tools (Minitab) Key Skills: * Proactivity and results orientation * Technical-scientific thinking * Teamwork and communication with multidisciplinary areas **Language:** Intermediate English.
