Main functions: * Supervise cleanliness and organization of the work area. * Supervise rotation of food and raw materials. * Supervise production of breads, desserts, and pizza dough. * Carry out interdepartmental transfers. * Verify that all products are organized and labeled. * Carry out any other tasks related to the position as requested. * Request missing supplies and raw materials for the department. * Inventory of raw materials. * Prepare personnel work schedules. * Select desserts for Sunday buffets together with the Executive Chef. * Conduct yield tests together with the Executive Chef and Cost Department. * Perform menu testing for launching new products. * Modify recipes. * Create new dessert menus. * Rotate staff schedules. * Choose the dessert for Sunday buffet.
