Coordinate with kitchen and warehouse for supply Purchasing Assistant (Food and Beverages) **Company:** Club de Golf Santa Anita **Location:** (Guadalajara\-Morelia Km 6\.5, Campo de Golf Santa Anita Condominio, 45645 Club de Golf Santa Anita, Jal.) **Job Description:** Club de Golf Santa Anita is seeking a **Purchasing Assistant for the Food and Beverage Department**, responsible for supporting the procurement of necessary operational supplies, ensuring quality, control, and timely replenishment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Procure Food and Beverage supplies * Conduct supplier quotations and comparisons * Track orders and delivery timelines * Manage and update inventory records * Receive and verify goods * Record product inflows and outflows * Assist in cost and budget control * Identify and develop new suppliers * Coordinate with kitchen and warehouse to meet supply requirements * Prepare purchasing reports **Requirements:** * Age: 18 to 40 years * Prior purchasing experience (preferably in Food and Beverage) * Experience in inventory control * Organized and responsible individual * Negotiation and follow-up skills **We Offer:** * Salary of **$15,000 to $19,000 monthly** (based on experience) * Statutory benefits **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. **Interested Candidates:** Apply through this platform or send a WhatsApp message to **3317566522** Employment Type: Full-time Workplace: On-site
