Supplier management and compliance with standards **Procurement Manager – Food Industry** A food manufacturing company is seeking a strategic procurement leader focused on quality, food safety, and operational efficiency to ensure reliable supply of inputs and compliance with business standards. **Location and Schedule** Guadalajara, Jalisco (La Venta del Astillero area) Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **We Offer** * Gross monthly salary of $60,000 to $70,000 * Statutory benefits * 30-day year-end bonus * Life insurance * Major medical expense insurance * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund **Key Responsibilities** * Align procurement strategy with food quality and safety policies * Ensure reliable supply of inputs under quality standards * Manage and monitor procurement department KPIs * Guarantee compliance with regulations, documentation, and quality management systems * Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers **Requirements** * Completed Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree * Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in the food industry * Intermediate English proficiency * No objection to relocation to La Venta del Astillero * Analytical, structured profile with operational leadership capabilities Salary: $60,000.00 \- $70,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
