A prestigious company is seeking talent to fill the position of **Process Analyst** **Objective:** Prepare requested documentation to standardize organizational processes, considering operational optimization and functional design of applicable formats that demonstrate evidence of compliance with requirements, as well as participating in activities supporting the maintenance of current certifications within the Integrated Management System. **Responsibilities:** · Preparation of required documentation (procedures, operating manuals, work instructions, protocols, infographics). · Conducting interviews with personnel involved in the process to obtain feedback. · Developing formats demonstrating process execution and validating them with involved parties. · Validating proposed documents with responsible parties involved in the process. · Supporting the proper implementation of the Integrated Management System through training sessions or follow-up visits. · Supporting the maintenance of certifications for the Integrated Management System based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 by participating in action plans addressing findings from audits of the management system. · Assisting coordination in implementing ISO standards as directed by the General Management or the Board of Shareholders. · Delivering inductions on the Integrated Management System to newly hired personnel. The activities described above are illustrative and not exhaustive. **Academic Qualifications:** Completed bachelor’s degree in economics, administration, or industrial engineering (preferred). **Technical Experience:** · General knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. · Preparation of flowcharts, procedures, work instructions, visual aids, among others. · Excellent spelling and writing skills. · Conducting audits of integrated management systems. Minimum two years of experience performing similar functions.
