Implementation of corrective and preventive actions **Quality Supervisor** ------------------------- **Company:** Veloci Motors – Motorcycle Manufacturing Parque Industrial Siglo XXI, Santa Cruz de las Flores, Tlajomulco, Jalisco ### **Schedule** * Monday to Thursday: 6:00 am to 3:45 pm * Friday: 6:00 am to 3:00 pm ### **Salary and Benefits** Monthly base salary of **$17,000 to $22,000** (depending on experience and competencies) **$1,420** food vouchers Weekly payment Savings fund Subsidized cafeteria Selected transportation routes ### **Main Responsibilities** * Supervision of the quality system across motorcycle manufacturing and assembly processes. * Coordination of the quality team to ensure compliance with product standards and specifications. * Analysis of quality indicators and follow-up on non-conformities. * Implementation of corrective and preventive actions through root cause analysis. * Supervision of process inspections, finished product inspections, and production release. * Development and updating of procedures, control plans, and work instructions. * Coordination of internal audits and follow-up on customer or certification audits. * Training of operational staff on quality standards and continuous improvement. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field**. * Minimum of **2–3 years’ experience supervising quality in manufacturing**. * Knowledge of **quality tools, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement**. * Proficiency in **Excel and data analysis**. * Leadership, organizational skills, and results-oriented mindset. **Apply by submitting your updated CV.** Only candidates meeting the required profile will be considered.
