Together we can transform the future of health and leave a positive mark on the world! **Employee Type** Trust staff **Position Objective** Supervise that daily warehouse operations are carried out in accordance with quality standards, optimizing assigned human and material resources, ensuring timely and proper service and attention to our internal and external customers. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Lead activities associated with the quality system under a compliance code. * Stay updated on knowledge of Good Manufacturing and storage practice requirements. * Supervise that the integrity of information and data generated in documentation is maintained. * Participate in deviations, carry out and investigate quality alerts assigned to the area, as well as preventive and corrective actions (CAPAs), and follow up until closure. * Manage warehouse operations. * Supervise activities within the SAP and WM systems, ensuring their proper use. * Ensure good warehouse practices are followed for all materials, guaranteeing quality throughout all involved processes until delivery of finished products. * Carry out activities related to personnel training and integration. * Manage and validate any administrative requirements for subordinate staff (work tools, incident follow-up, special permissions, administrative procedures, among others). * Ensure that subordinate staff have the appropriate employment relationship (contract type), knowledge, and adherence to the internal work regulations.
