Development in design, execution, and administration CONSTRUCTION COMPANY SEEKING: ARCHITECT Job Description REQUIRED AREAS: * Construction and renovation * Software: intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Opus, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, etc. * Design, execute, administer RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan and oversee project scheduling Analyze and supervise costs Supervise architectural construction work Prepare construction reports and project progress updates Coordinate operational activities Draft preliminary surveys and drawings according to project requirements (demolitions, special permits, tree removal, land-use changes, feasibility studies) Develop conceptual and executive designs, alongside concurrent supervision of architectural construction Provide reports, meeting minutes, and progress updates Conduct site visits to assess physical and financial status of construction work Understand requirements and procedures for project final acceptance and follow up on delivery-reception certificates Design detailed drawings and specifications SKILLS: - Analytical - Responsible - Creative - Productive Work Location: TLAJOMULCO, JALISCO Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM (with one-hour break); Saturday, 8:00 AM–1:00 PM . - Requirements - Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree 3 years of experience Knowledge areas: Creativity, Administration, Adobe, Analysis, Cost analysis, AutoCAD, Construction, Organization, Project planning WE OFFER: * Statutory benefits * Weekly salary * Growth opportunities Employment type: Full-time Salary: $4,500.00 – $5,000.00 per week Work location: On-site employment
