We are currently seeking a UX Writer Lead to join **in-person** in Mexico City, collaborating with **Totalplay**. Location: Coyoacán, CDMX. **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s or Engineering degree (**degree required**) * +5 years of experience as a UX Writer, Content Designer, or UX Content Strategist. * Proven experience with complex digital products (apps, platforms, SaaS). * Experience designing content for conversational AI, chatbots, or automated systems. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design microcopy, conversational flows, and messages. * Translate complex AI behaviors into clear, empathetic, and actionable messages. * Define and maintain voice & tone for AI-powered products, considering context, user intent, and level of user trust. * Collaborate on conversational UX design (intents, prompts, fallback responses). * Document content guidelines and best practices for AI. **We Offer:** * Net salary of $45,000 * Statutory and above-statutory benefits (Major Medical Expense Insurance and Life Insurance). * 15 days of year-end bonus. * 25% vacation premium. * Profit-sharing. * Professional development opportunity.
