**Job Description:**
**Job Objective:**
Validate through physical inspection that materials entering the warehouse are in optimal condition for commercialization, as well as perform random inspections of materials in sales orders.
**Education:** Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacist-chemist (Q.F.B.), or related field (Graduated or Intern).
**Experience:** 1–2 years in the role.
**Key Responsibilities:**
· Physically and visually inspect imported materials upon receipt to verify absence of damage (dented, torn, or open boxes, etc.).
· Perform sampling of materials received in the warehouse according to statistical sampling tables (Military Standard).
· Label all received and inspected materials with quality labels.
· Prepare executive reports on materials exhibiting quality deviations per product specifications.
· Report all findings identified during inspections of received materials.
· Continuously track all identified findings until resolution.
· Conduct statistical control of detected deviations.
· Verify that all shipments bear the "inspected material" seal prior to dispatch.
· Randomly verify that materials prepared for customer shipment match the order requirements, including barcodes.
· Monthly review of expiration dates for inks, varnishes, and laminates.
· Verify that all materials picked for shipment (outbound) carry the corresponding internal identification label.
· Validate that customer-requested materials match the picked items in code, description, and quantity.
· Document any shortages, overages, or mis-picked items in orders to compile operator effectiveness statistics, enabling corrective and improvement actions.
· Maintain a photographic record of the complete order prior to packaging for customer shipment.
· Electronically store, classify, and archive photos in digital folders by order.
· Perform any other duties related to this area.
